    Everything was very good, the staff were exceptionally nice and the location was magnificent! The room was large and outstanding, with with the bedroom, a hot tub and the balcony. Location: the hotel was near to Ponta Negra beach, and the common areas. I ate at the specialty restaurant near the property.

    The swimming pools, the breakfast buffet, the view, the staff very flexible and helpful, offered me an earlier check in and also the room change, once I informed them the room did not match my reservation.

    The abusive prices for the excursions organized by the hotel, the buggy trip was 100 reais more expensive than the normal price, besides that the buggy driver charged me for the ferry transfer, which is included on the price, but after communication to the hotel staff, they refunded me the money.

    i paid for ethernet, which was terrible, i am in Rio de janerio, and wi fi is free & excellant. @ princess hotel where i stay 3 times a year my only complaint with serhs. the facility was nice.

    Good standard but overpiced services (meals, wine etc.). Good and cheap car rental inside the hotel.

    Expensive accommodation and services. Steaks in steak restaurant not so good quality.

    The hotel had a very nice location with easy access to

    Tourist attractions and beautiful views. The staff was attentive and helpful, although some amenities could use a refresh. A pleasant stay with a great breakfast but minor improvements needed in service speed.

    Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is very nice and located right on the beach and close to nice restaurants. I recommend the Camarao au Pesto en Ginza close by...fantastic meal

    I like to work out and while the exercise room was surprisingly complete, the equipment is very old and needs to be replaced

    Wonderful breakfast and great staff

    I traveled for 4 nights in a Family Prime Apartment Front Sea View and enjoyed every moment. The breakfast was very nice, with a wide variety of options including fresh fruits and typical north-eastern Brazilian dishes. The staff were unbelievably friendly, especially at the pool bar. One downside was the limited English spoken by the staff, made some requests a bit challenging.
